When will the name change take place?

Has the bank been sold?
No. The bank is still owned by the Atwood Family.
Why change the name to Centennial Bank?

To unify our current brands, Farmers & Merchants Bank and Citizens City & County Bank, as well as distinguish the bank from other institutions in the region.

What does Centennial Bank mean?
The Atwood family has proudly owned the bank since January 1916 and will be celebrating its 100 year anniversary in 2016. Centennial Bank was chosen in honor of this accomplishment.
Will the bank’s hours change?
No. Our branch and telephone customer service hours will remain the same.
Is my branch location changing?
No. All branches will continue to operate from the same locations.
Will the customer service or branch phone numbers change?
No. All phone numbers will remain the same.

Deposit Questions

Will my account number change?
No. Your account number remains the same.
Will the routing number change?
No. The bank’s routing number remains the same.
Do I need to order new checks?
No. Please continue to use existing checks. Our new name will be on your next check order. Meanwhile, continue using your current checks. You do not need to do anything.
Do I need a new debit card?
No. Please continue to use your existing debit card. You will receive a new debit card upon expiration of your current card. You do not need to do anything.

My payroll check is directly deposited into my account.
Am I required to notify my employer of the bank’s name change?

No. You do not need to do anything.

My social security payment is directly deposited into my account.
Am I required to notify Social Security Administration of the bank’s name change?

No. You do not need to do anything.

I have automatic payments deducted from my account.
Do I need to notify the originator of the deduction?

No. You do not need to do anything.

I have ACH credits deposited into my account.
Do I need to notify the sender of the bank’s name change?

No. You do not need to do anything.

Loan Accounts

Will my loan number change?
No. Your loan number remains the same.
Who do I make my check payable to when making my loan payment?
After January 1, 2016, please make your check payable to "Centennial Bank."
Will I receive a new loan coupon book?
No. Please continue to use your existing loan coupon book.

Electronic Banking

Can I still access online banking?
Yes. You can still access online banking from our existing website at www.fmb-tn.com. Beginning January 1, 2016 the website will be redirected to www.mycentennial.bank. Customers must begin accessing the bank website using the new address effective April 1, 2016.
I utilize the bank’s bill pay service. Do I need to change any payment information?
No. You do not need to do anything.

I have given wire transfer instructions to others that wire me money?
Do I need to notify them of the name change?

Yes. You should notify the sender to utilize the new bank name after January 1, 2016. The sender will continue to use our existing routing number.
Can I still access the mobile banking application?
Yes. You can still access mobile banking from our existing application; however, an app update will be required to reveal the new look of Centennial Bank.
Can I still deposit checks to my personal account using the mobile banking application?
Yes. You can still use our app on your iPhone or Android device to make deposits.
