Christine Freund, Senior Vice President
Christine began her career at First Eagle Bank in 1990 as a bookkeeper. Over the years, Christine has taken on more and more responsibility, including data processing, human resource, compliance and supervising the Personal Banking and Teller departments in Hanover Park. In addition, Christine has been the Compliance Officer and the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) Officer of the bank. Today, along with other responsibilities, Christine is in charge of product development and treasury management. Christine feels very fortunate to be working for a business that serves the Hanover Park community she grew up in. Christine also volunteers at the Hands of Hope Food Pantry in Hanover Park and provides financial literacy to local not-for-profit organizations serving youth during their summer programs.

Isabel Guzman, Vice President, Operations and Chief Information Officer
Isabel began her career at First Eagle Bank in 2007 as a part-time teller in the West Loop, while attending college. From there, she spent some time working in Personal Banking and has steadily grown and taken on more responsibility at the bank. Following her graduation from UIC with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting in 2013, she secured a full-time position as an Accounting Analyst at the bank’s Hanover Park location. In 2016, Isabel was promoted to Accounting Officer and in 2018 she became Assistant Vice President/Operations. Today Isabel is Vice President & Chief Information Officer. Her duties include preparing and overseeing the Bank’s financials and managing the various audit functions. In addition, Isabel is responsible for overseeing and reporting on the management and mitigation of Information Security (IT) at the bank. Isabel also volunteers her time providing financial literacy at local not-for-profit organizations serving youth during their summer programs.

Katie Leff, Vice President
Katie is excited to join the team at First Eagle Bank. She is happy to be part of a bank so committed to giving back to its community. She started her career in banking as a part time teller while attending college where she earned a Bachelor of Arts and MBA in Finance from DePaul University. From the teller line she moved to Personal Banking and continued to take on increasingly responsible jobs in many areas of the bank. She was initially responsible for Compliance, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) & Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) along with many other responsibilities. Eventually it became a full-time focus as the financial landscape changed. Katie will continue to expand and share her experience in that role here at First Eagle as Vice President.

Bradford Mayer, Vice President

A leader in retail banking, Bradford Mayer joined First Eagle Bank as Vice President in December 2016 where he oversees the West Loop location. His banking career spans over 26 years, having spent the last 18 years with American Chartered Bank in various leadership positions. During his tenure at American Chartered Bank he opened and developed a highly successful retail branch in the West Loop specializing in small to middle market business clients in the Chicagoland area. Prior to that, Bradford served as a Retail Banking Officer at LaSalle Bank and an Account Executive at First Chicago Bank.
He holds an MBA from DePaul University and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Iowa. He served as Treasurer on the Board of the West Loop Gate Community Organization and was a member of the development committee.
A native Chicagoan and longtime West Loop resident, Bradford is excited to be part of a dynamic team committed to business banking and relationship development.

Cathy Sanders, Vice President
When Cathy joined First Eagle Bank in 1995 as a part time proof operator, she already had fifteen plus years of banking experience. Cathy transitioned into a full time employee five months later and continued to take on additional bookkeeping functions. She was the bookkeeping supervisor for thirteen years. Cathy is now responsible for Compliance, Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and other special projects.
Cathy volunteers with DuPage Habitat for Humanity. In addition to being a member of the Finance Committee and a member of the Audit Sub-Committee, Cathy also shares her musical talents by performing at Home Dedication Ceremonies.

Lynn Haschak, Assistant Vice President
Lynn began her banking career back in 1989 where she worked in the student loan department of River Forest Bank. She joined First Eagle in 1996 and has worked in all areas of the loan department. Currently she heads up the Disbursement Area and manages the work flow for the employees in the department. Some of her responsibilities include reviewing loan documentation prior to closing, ensuring that property taxes are paid for the bank's mortgage portfolio and preparing/reviewing monthly and quarterly reports that go to the board. She also works with Rose Wageman, Chief Lending Officer, in streamlining processes in the Loan Department.

Ann Fiala, Banking Officer
In 1991, Ann began her banking career at First Eagle as a receptionist and quickly advanced to work in the Bookkeeping department. In 1994, Ann took a hiatus to pursue another career and raise a family. Upon her return to First Eagle in 2013, she began working as an Operations Associate. Soon after, Ann was promoted to Assistant Operations Supervisor and is currently the Bank’s Human Resource Officer & Operations Supervisor. Ann feels very fortunate to work for a bank that gives back to the communities it’s in.

Susan Johnson, Commercial Relationship Officer
In 1987 Susan began her banking career as a Teller and soon became a Teller Supervisor. From there she has spent time in New Accounts, Loan Administration, and Consumer Loan Documentation Preparation.
She came to First Eagle Bank in 2000 as a Commercial Relationship Administrator and is now an Officer of the bank. Susan performs a multitude of functions at First Eagle Bank including administrative and customer support for Rose Wageman, supervision and on-going training of the Commercial Relationship Administrators, and she has total responsibility for the banks HMDA reporting.
Susan enjoys giving back to the community through Financial Literacy classes. Susan teaches budget classes to the upcoming new homeowners for DuPage Habitat for Humanity. She enjoys teaching new homeowners about budgeting their funds. Susan is also the board Secretary for Immmanuel United Church of Christ. She also has many other duties she does for her church and enjoys giving back to her church and community.

Gerardo Gallo, Assistant Branch Manager
Gerardo joined the First Eagle Bank team in January 2017 as an Assistant Branch Manager. Gerardo started his banking career as a part-time teller while attending college. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University. Over the past 20 years, through a strong work ethic and honest communication Gerardo worked his way up in retail banking to a position in branch management while building and maintaining genuine relationships with clients and peers along the way.
