First Bank of the Palm Beaches is a new community bank in downtown West Palm Beach. We are the first new bank to open in West Palm Beach since 2000 and are located at 415 Fifth St., right at the center of the city’s commercial and residential redevelopment. Our building was originally built in 1921 as an office of the Florida Department of Health.

First Bank intends to build a tradition every bit as rich as the tradition of our building, and of the Palm Beaches. We are returning our customers to traditional banking. We are returning our customers to the time when they knew their banker’s names, and their bankers knew them, their families, and their business.

Remember, traditional does not mean old fashioned. We will provide the kind of excellent service to our customers that we ourselves would want, and do it with all the convenience of modern banking.

Our goal in returning to traditional banking is to build strong relationships with the families and businesses that we work with.
