Citizens Online

Citizens First Bank offers you the convenience of having access to your account at the tip of your fingers with our 'Citizens Online' service. This gives you the ability to check account balances, transfer funds, and view activity from your home, on vacation, or anywhere you are able to access the internet. Our method of multi-factor authentication offers the latest trend in online security. Bill Pay is also available for a small monthly fee and gives you the capability to pay bills online.

To start using Citizens Online, just print out the Citizens Online Customer Access Agreement below, read thoroughly and fill in the required information.

Citizens on Call

Citizens on Call offers all of the service available by calling a staffed location, with the flexibility of being available 24 hours a day, and accessible from anywhere in the continental USA. You can use Citizens on Call to check account balances, as well as determine deposits, withdrawals, or checks paid. You can also confirm the interest rate and maturity date of your Certificates of Deposit. This service is quick, easy to use, and best of all, free of charge. All you need to use Citizens on call is a touchtone telephone, your PIN, and your account number. Call 1-866-585-2265 to access Citizens on Call.

Wire Transfers

Wire Transfer is a service Citizens First Bank offer to our customers, it's a secure way to send and receive money. There is a small charge for sending and receiving money both within the U.S. and for International wires. If you would like more information on how to send or receive a wire transfer, please contact any of our branches.

Notary Public

At each of our branches multiple employees are certified to be Notary Publics. Please bring picture identification and be sure to not sign the document until it can be witnessed by the Notary.

Credit Card
