Virginia Bank & Trust wants to make switching your checking account to us from your current financial institution as easy and convenient as we can possibly make it.

Steps to follow:

1. Establish your new checking account with Virginia Bank & Trust.

2. Print out and complete the attached forms that apply to your situation:

• If you have a Direct Deposit, please complete the Direct Deposit Payment Form.
• If you have an Automatic Draft Payment or multiple drafts, please complete one Automatic Draft Payment Form for each company that drafts your account.
• Once you have changed your Direct Deposit and Automatic Draft Payments, use the Existing Account Closing Form to close your account at your previous financial institution.

3.
