Tiger Woods has confirmed that he will play in the 2022 Masters on Thursday at Augusta National.

"I will be heading up to Augusta today to continue my preparation and practice. It will be a game-time decision on whether I compete. Congratulations to 16-year-old Anna Davis on an amazing win at the @anwagolf and good luck to all the kids in the @DriveChipPutt," said Woods.

.Woods said at a news conference that he is healthy enough to compete again after he suffered multiple injuries to his right-left, ankle, and foot from a car crash last Feb. 23, 2021.

Woods has been unable to participate in any recent PGA tournaments after sustaining his injuries and has been undergoing rehabilitation ever since.

Rumors of Woods' comeback started after he was recently spotted playing a few practice rounds at Augusta National.

Last Monday, Woods played the first nine on Monday along with Thomas and Fred Couples.

"As of right now, I feel like I am going to play," said Woods.
